Today I get to share a craft from my mom - she's been digging around thrift stores and garage sales in hopes of finding side tables with good bones. I can't wait for the summer season to get here, with bargin hunting every Saturday morning. Anyways, she found these side tables for $3.75 each - I wish there were a before picture, because they were u-g-l-y. First she sanded and striped them:
Then coated them with a couple of layers of stain - what a difference!! At a fraction of the cost of buying new - and they look great!! Great job - thanks for sharing!
