Playroom: Mailbox

Every house needs a mailbox, right?  And a doorbell - that is just the stick on kind that's battery-operated - perfect.  So for the mailbox, a quick how to:

I admit I didn't do any work on the mailbox except paint it.  I left all the other stuff up to my handyman (err, hubby).

First he built a box the right shape and size.  It looked like this:

Then he cut a hole in the wall inbetween the studs, so just through the sheetrock.  He then pushed the box into the wall.  I think he secured it with a couple of screws once it was in the wall.  See, it goes all the way through:
