Crock Pot Chicken Revisited

Remember when I did that post about cooking your bone-in chicken in the crock pot??  Well now that school's in session and things are getting busier, I thought I'd show you a super easy way to use that method.
In the morning I just chucked in some chicken (bones in), a cup or two of salsa, some brown sugar, and then salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste.  Then put the lid on.  Cook on low.  An hour or two before it's done you can stir the chicken which breaks it up and then remove the bones.
I added a can of black beans at the end and then we made burritos with the mix - super easy and yummy!
