Have I mentioned to you before that ALL of my kids have a fall birthday - 4 birthdays within 5 weeks of each other - it's crazy times. This time it's a cake for my toddler that I want to show you - well, I say "cake" loosely.

HERE - cream cheese and whip cream were involved, and I have to say it's the best dirt cake I've ever had. YUM!!
Kids can help - here they are crushing cookies:

We found a monster truck for cake decor - perfect.
