--Grab a dish, chuck in cooked hamburger (sometimes I add 1 cup cooked rice to my hamburger to make is stretch further - you know I'm thrifty!) and about a cup of salsa - and a can of drained black beans if you want. Stir it all together.
In a separate bowl, mix up a box of Cornbread, but then dump in a can of drained corn. Take that mixture and put it on top of the hamburger stuff, like the top crust of a pie. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the cornbread looks done.
That's it - serve with salsa and sour cream and whatever else. My kids love this meal, and it's so easy to through together.
Why is it that pictures of yummy treats look delicious but pictures of yummy food are kind of gross?? Who knows.....
