  1. This week the red tag fabric at Joanns is 50% off. I got some ruffle fabric for $5 a yard! My store only had some "louder" fabric. One was a pink, purple and turquoise almost tie-dye effect. Not great for an easter dress but perfect for a 5 minute skirt for the easter egg hunt!

  3. I made this dress yesterday for my daughter. She helped me and it turned out great! I didn't like working with the ruffles too much but it looks awesome! If I find more fabric at Joanns, I think I'll just make a skirt.
