    Thank you so much for featuring my crisp! What a nice surprise! It’s so funny, but a lot of people have asked me what rhubarb is! – I just take it for granted, as it’s a staple in baking here! You use the stalks in desserts and cakes – they are sweet but tangy! Yummy!
