5 Strand Braided Headband

 I learned how to braid 5 strands! - it was easy to understand with the step-by-step pictures over at Make It and Love It - the picture from there:



I used her tutorial, because I tried tshirt yarn this past week and I'm hooked!  Be warned, there's a few tshirt yarn projects coming up soon....

Another shot modeled by the neighbor girl (I think my girls might be tired of modeling things, but she's still eager) - -

This project was super quick and easy - you should definitely give it a go!

I want to make another one, with thicker strips, and maybe a brighter color......

  4. Cute headband! Braiding with more than three strands still intimidates me, but I've seen lots of tutorials for it lately so I might have to give it a try sometime soon.
