Personalized Lunchbox - vinyl style

I found a fun lunchbox on clearance:
But making it personalized makes it all the more fun.  I thought I should do black vinyl, but let my daughter pick, and she went with purple.  It kind of blends in, but we know it's there and that's all that matters, right?

It's not iron-on or anything - just regular stick-on vinyl, and we're about a month into school and it's still sticking.  So far so good.....
