--Grab some scissors.
--Cut the arms off.
--Pull them onto your legs like socks. That's it - I didn't finish the edges or anything - they're way down in the boot so no one knows. They go from my knee to my ankle - guess I should have taken a picture of that. I did wear normal socks under these, to cover my feet.
I wore them to church with my boots and a dress - the dress was a little past my knee, so I hiked it up to show you the socks - but in real life, you could see them when I walked and my dress swished, so I didn't have to walk around with a hiked up dress or anything.
So, grab yourself a sweater and some scissors, and jump on this fashion train :)
