Parmesan French Fries

I made the Parmesan French Fries that have been all over Pinterest, and that showed up in my link party.  I used the recipe Found HERE.  They were good.  Not drop-dead-amazing, but good.  I think I always want baked homemade french fries to turn out like restaurant fried french fries, and they just don't.  But that's okay - they're a lot better for you.  But still, oh how I love greasy fries.....
