I’ve never bought fabric online, I’m intimidated and not sure why. I love so much on their site but Dots in Sunrise and Fly Away Garden in Sunrise by Amy Schimler really stands out. I can see them as a two-toned simple skirt, beautiful!

Marbled Stripe Jade Heirloom Joel Dewberry for Free Spirit – I think this is the same one as what is in one of the pictures in the blog post. And it is EXACTLY what I want for my family room for a throw pillow. Or two.

I really like the Medallion Grey Taza Dena Designs for Free Spirit. I’m thinking it would make really great curtain for my kitchen. Thanks for the chance.

I’m thrilled with the Alphabet Soup layer cake. I have so many baby showers coming up and the layer cake will be the ideal size for crafting some of my favorites like the stuffed blocks, dyed and fabric accented burp clothes, and the diaper clutch patterns that I have come to love. Now, if I could only get over my hesitation for ordering fabric online. I am so visual that I hate not being able to hold it and picture my next project.

My favorites at Fabric Envy are Sew Cherry ( so retro!) and Soul Blossoms. I love the many different ways you can search for fabric at this shop! It is nice to look by designer, by maker — but I LOVE that you can also search by theme!

It would be impossible to pick just one thing that I love from Fabric Envy… but I do know that as soon as I get my crafting money for march I’m going to be getting some patterns and maybe (fingers crossed) some fabrics :)
