For LIFE - Moen!! (and a giveaway!)

I haven't talked about my kitchen in a while... we had to backtrack a little.  My lovely counters had some flaws, so a tech came out to inspect and agree that they were flawed - and of course it was a problem they couldn't fix in-home.  So a team came out and removed them, then I lived a few days without counters - more importantly, without a KITCHEN SINK! (try living without one of those!) - and they installed them back in yesterday.

So I've got to tell you all about my sink - I love it - it's granite, black, and extra deep on one side.  I dived right in to using it and dyed some stuff in it today - and you couldn't even tell - the dye just rinsed right out (phew!).  I love that it's so deep.

But what I love most about my sink is my faucet - I never knew I'd be so giddy about a faucet!!

 It's true love.  Do you know what that is??  THE most amazing faucet.  Moen sent the product to me to review, and I have nothing but praises to give it.  Their motto is "buy it for looks, buy it for life" and that's so true - I love the looks, but even more I love the solid feel and that I know this is going to last forever.  I love the one-handle level for on and off and hot and cold - that was a must in choosing.

It is the Ascent Classic and you can read all about it HERE.  My favorite feature is the Reflex system, which is offered on several of Moen faucets.  It means the end of the faucet pulls out, and then can pull itself back in - seriously!  My old faucet had a sprayer on the side - which is bad enough, but on top of that, you'd need to feed the hose back in.  This is quite the opposite.
