The whole focus is to make veggies fun!  There were tons of things I wanted to try.  For my first dish, I made “Pasta Full of Posies” – -

 It was so easy that it can be a side dish to an everyday meal.  I made it because my family came over for dinner – I don’t have a picture of the whole group, but here’s one of my grandparents who were visiting from out of town with my kiddos, their Great-grandkids:

 Anytime friends and family get together, you know vegetables are going to be served.  So why not make it fun!  All of the ideas in the recipe book would be great for home parties or backyard bbqs.  The Clare Crespo Cookbook is full of fun, whimsical, step-by-step recipes that families are sure to love – and on top of the fun, they’re super yummy too!  I love fresh garden vegetables the most.  And did you know that 8 out of 10 kids think veggies with Country Crock are delicious – I believe it – I grew up eating Country Crock – yum!!
