I had the chance to play with some more dies from Lifestyle Crafts - - remember, they'll work in any hand-crank die cut machine! Want to see what I made?? First, here's a peek of the new just-released dies:
So here's what a die looks like, on the left - this the one for the hanging box - you roll it through and it cuts and scores the paper in the appropriate places.
Then you just fold along the fold lines and glue the box into shape. I have a few things in a local boutique, and I think this will be a perfect way to package small items - I can't wait to use them!!
Next up, the tickets - so fun - - who doesn't love a string of tickets, and now you can make your own! I will use these with my Paparazzi Parties - have guests put their name on them for doorprize drawings, etc.
Sidenote, this isn't one of the new dies but it's one that's available - the matchbox - it's one of my favorites!! Lately for birthday parties we've been giving Paparazzi rings and bracelets - they fit perfect and cute in this little box!
Alright, a final show-off of the new die cuts - this one is called "treat carrier" - it is so cute!! It really shows off the double-sided paper (I bought that at Lifestyle Crafts as well, a few months ago) - with the die, you cut 2 and then assemble the treat carrier. It's perfect size to hold 2 cupcakes and then you just use the handle and away you go - so fun!! I know I'll be making a bunch of these in the future! They could also hold candies or cookies or anything - sky's the limit - the box makes anything look fancy!
So check out all that Lifestyle Crafts has to offer - - you can even use the code "SUGARBEE" for a discount - sweet!!

ReplyDeletethese look fantastic, looking forward to the cupcake details. I'm currently looking at a hand crank die cutter, would you mind telling me which one you have? I've been looking at the bigshot but I'm interested in hearing what others are using before I purchase one. Especially since they're much more expensive to buy over here than in America, any info is appreciated. Thanks :)
