I have two empty frames on my gallery wall. I wanted to put a quote in one - something meaningful about families. But as I browsed family quotes on pinterest, I realized meaningful wasn't calling to me. So I browsed my own Quote Board on Pinterest because I knew there would be quotes on there that called out to me, and I went with this one, because it's fun but still inspiring for our family picture wall:
"Don't forget to be Awesome"
I designed and cut it using my Sihouette Cameo, then used the tools to help weed it and scrap it down - the scrapper thing was my favorite! The vinyl is actually blue frosted vinyl (what you use on glass to make words look like they're glass etched), so it's kind of see-throughish, but I liked the idea of that so it wouldn't be too bold and overtake my wall. you can see some speckles through it - kinda dimensional and you can only spot them up close:
ANYWAYS, want some of those awesome tools?? And the swag box from the Michael's Blogger Event arrived the other day - it almost got here faster than I did. So many goodies that they had to ship it home for us because it wouldn't fit in suitcases. And airlines frown upon scissors. The boys wanted in the picture - mine was in the middle of a superhero outfit change so I told him I couldn't take a picture of him in undies - so he solved the problem by hiding his unmentionables...
Happy Monday!

That's a BIG ol box of swag!?! How exciting! Love that quote!
