My Set, My Custom Omelets

If you've followed my blog for any sort of time, you know that we have breakfast-for-dinner every Tuesday.  I love breakfast food - having it for dinner is a super way to enjoy it. So call it BRINNER or call it LOVE, I'm in.  And with breakfast for dinner, we often have our Custom Omelets.

When we had the chance to try out the Unison Non-stick 10" Omelet Pan from Calphalon, I knew I'd love it - and I was right!!

Seriously, it's an awesome pan.  My favorite part - it's dishwasher safe - YES it is!!  And of course, being Calphalon, the nonstick was amazing and the omelets slide right out.  That's super important when you're making omelets, otherwise it's a huge heap on a plate.  It's a very sturdy pan - when you just pick it up, you know it's going to be just what you need.

I love the new idea behind the Calphalon Your Set series - - The website is where you can create a custom set and then share your sets and connect with other cooks if you would like.  You can also find inspirational videos to help learn cooking techniques.  I love this: "Calphalon celebrates you, your individuality and your creativity."
