Mini Glitter Canvas

Is it snowing where you are??  Either way, how about incorporating a cute mini glitter canvas into your decor...

First up, I cut a template out of contact paper using the Portrait - - we were at playgroup, and it was easy to transport the small machine.

Then just stick the contact paper on the canvas, cover in glitter glue and then in glitter:

 The problem was the glitter was so fine that it got onto everything and didn't make the lines very crisp.  With  a q-tip and lots of patience, I slowly scrubbed away at the misplaced glitter and got the canvas to a respectable level of approval:

I would love to try this project on a larger scale, full-size type of canvas - I bet it would be even more awesome.
