Oh my, check this out - some super easy Caramel Brownies for your Valentine Dessert today:
I am a big fan of the box mix - because it's so easy. But it can always use a little sprucing up - first, mix up as directed:
Then add in 1/4 Cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato
It'll look like this at first but just keep stirring until it's chocolatey looking again:
Then bake as directed. Cut into squares - - helpful hint of the day - you can make clean lines in warm brownies if you use a plastic knife. You can thank me later for that fun tip.
Arrange on a plate and drizzle some caramel sauce on top (I used caramel ice cream topping). and Enjoy!!
In keeping it real, they look pretty in the photo above, but when I took it to the teacher's lounge, they got the paper-plate version:
Now, want another idea on what to use the flavored International Delight for?? You know that I started making my own oatmeal packs - - well, to spruce up the flavor, pour in some Caramel Macchiato Creamer - it's perfect!
All the preschoolers are raving about it :)
