IKEA $100 giveaway from Sparkles And A Stove

Hi Sugar Bee Crafts readers! I'm excited to have the opportunity to share a little about myself and my own blog plus a really fun giveaway ($100 Ikea giftcard) on one of my very favorite blogs.

I blog over at Sparkles And A Stove sharing recipes, DIY gifts, DIY decor and crafts. My mission is making DIY projects, dinner, and memories. All with a little one on each pant leg. :-)

Just for fun I thought I would share 5 facts about me and I hope you will stop by Sparkles And A Stove and tell me about yourself too!

1. Family: Married to my hubby who I met on Match.com for seven years. He's from Ireland so we do love St. Patrick's Day. :-) I also have a sweet little 1 year old girl known as Princess Sparkles and an almost 3 year old little boy I call the Leprechaun.

2. Travel: We love to travel but don't get to as much since the kids are little but I've loved Ireland, Scotland, London, Belize and The Bahamas.

3. Before kids: I was an accountant for 15 years and was working on my MBA when we decided it was time to have a family. I can't say I've ever regretted giving it up even when I need a mom time out- aka load the kids in the car seats, fire up the car DVDs, and ride around with a Sonic drink.

4. Favorite way to craft: I absolutely love my Silhouette so anything using it, and I also enjoy mod podge, and find spray paint therapeutic. :-)

5. Hobbies: Besides cooking and crafting, I love concerts (I've seen Def Lepard 13 times!) and all kinds of music, am a movie buff and go any chance I get, I also am a bookworm with favorites ranging from To Kill A Mocking Bird, to Pillars of the Earth to The Help, enjoy the outdoors immensely and I confess I love a good retail therapy session (is that a hobby?).
