Puerto Rico Vacation (and giveaway trip valued up to $2,000)

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Puerto Rico, The All-Star Island for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

You've probably noticed - most of the nation is stuck in cold cold weather right now.  Time for a getaway!  We are actually prepping for a winter vacation right now, and I can't wait to tell you all about it. Click Here

BUT, meanwhile, I want to tell you how you can Live your own 5-star vacation story in Puerto Rico.  Seriously!  Did you know that Puerto Rico has 270 miles of coastline and featured in the Top 10 beaches from Travel Channel -- including Flamenco Beach in Culebra, often cited as one of the best beaches in the world.

We have seriously considered vacationing in Puerto Rico.   A big pull for us is that it's a US Territory - which means they use US Currency and you don't need a passport.    It's an easy way to travel abroad.  We even had some friends who lived there for about 9 months last year - we wish we would have had the chance to visit them.

Have you heard of Bioluminescent bays.  It's the number one thing I wanted to do when we were considering our tip.  Look it up - I found tons of pictures browsing online.  It's unbelieveable - they're some sort of thing in the water that light up and glow when you move by them.  Really amazing.

You can visit the only rainforest under US national park service, El Yunque, and climb to the clouds.   Did you even know that there was a US national park rainforest (because I didn't!) - - check out this video about it:

Other fun things you can do - - - History Buffs can enjoy old world charm of San Juan.  Adventurers can enjoy horse back riding or the magnificent Camuy caverns that runs through the 3rd largest subterranean river in the world.  Foodies can experience the delicacies of Puerto Rican gastronomy and it’s famous Rums.

AND GUESS WHAT - - you can win a trip for two to Puerto Rico - - wahoo!!

You can win a trip for a two that will include:

We visited PR last year and went to Rincon where my friend lives and we loved the beaches and also Aguada where the palm tree lined coast if gorgeous. We love mofongo and other PR food. The surfing is incredible we don’t surf, but just watching was awesome. I took a Horse ride on the beach and it was fantastic. There is nothing about PR that I don’t like… the people are friendly, the music makes you want to dance. The sightseeing is plentiful. I would love to take another trip to Ponce and visit San Juan as well… since we didn’t get to do that.
