Monogram Bulletin Board – with video!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of FrogTape Brand Painter’s Tape for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you tried Shape Tape yet, from FrogTape®?  I have to admit – I was a little skeptical.  But no more!  Seriously, this stuff is amazing.  NO bleeding.  I cranked out a picture-perfect Monogram Bulletin Board of awesomeness using it… and I made a video to show you how!

Lately I love video tutorials – here’s hoping you do too!  You’ve got to check it out – I put it on super-speed, so it’s only a minute long (and just ignore that shot in the beginning where you can see my messy house behind me…)

Watch and enjoy!!

FrogTape® is the only painter’s tape treated with PaintBlock® Technology. PaintBlock is a super-absorbent polymer which reacts with latex paint and instantly gels to form a micro-barrier that seals the edges of the tape, preventing paint bleed.  And it’s true!  Look close – no bleeding at all!

Check out this link for a FrogTape how-to.   You can catch all the steps in the video tutorial, so be sure to watch it, but here’s a rundown on how to make your own Monogram Bulletin board.
1.  Cut a letter out of Corkboard Foamboard – it’s just foam core board with cork preattached to the front.  We used a hot knife to cut it out.
2. Cut your FrogTape to the needed length:

3. Flip over and peel one side of the tape backing:

4. Attach to your project:

5. When it is placed correctly, gently remove the other side of the tape backing:

6. Press firmly into place:

7. Paint the desired color.  Let dry a few minutes then peel up the tape and be wowed!

Enjoy your new fun bulletin board!!
